“Paintings for Room to Grow Foundation”
DMo paintings “Splashes”, “Swimmers” and “Who Am I?” are part of an auction organized by Ben Graham-Nellor of BGN Financial Management, to help raise proceeds for the Room to Grow Foundation in Thailand. After visiting Mae Sot, a small town in Thailand that borders Myanmar, Ben was confronted with the overwhelming needs and poverty of the children and families living in the area. As a result he began holding an annual fundraiser in support of the Room to Grow Foundation, a non-government organization made up of volunteers who work tirelessly to support children in need living on the Thai/Burma border.

“DMo with Zago & Your Friends for EMERGENCY”
The first Zago & Your Friends exhibition dates have been announced. The project, run by Zago and EMERGENCY, will exhibit 100 select paintings half created by a featured artist, half created by Italian artist Gianantonio Marino Zago, in a number of London and neighbouring venues from November 2011. “DMo honourable mention in Objects of Change, Article 25, London”
DMo ‘lifted’ design board “Building Bridges” received an honourable mention after being shortlisted for the Objects of Change art competition run in conjunction with the high-profile exhibition and auction of the same name held by Article 25 in London. The event, featuring art by renowned artists and architects, seeks to raise essential funding for vital building projects around the world. “Building Bridges” was one of ten finalist pieces expressing the theme ‘objects of change’, as well as embodying Article 25’s mission of creating safe, sustainable building projects, helping to save lives and create livelihoods.

Article 25 is a small charity with projects run by professionals in architecture, engineering and construction who donate their time to provide vital buildings overseas. “DMo with XYZ Collective for [FAXINATION JAPAN], Tokyo”
DMo drawing “Rotating Resources” is part of the collaborative project [FAXINATION JAPAN], run by the XYZ Collective in Tokyo, Japan. The XYZ Collective, an artist run space in Tokyo that supports experimental events from around the world, initiated the project in response to the recent devastating catastrophes that have hit Japan. Artists from around the world are submitting works on A4 paper which are exhibiting on the walls of the art space. After an indefinite period of time, the whole [FAXINATION JAPAN] collection will be up for sale with 100% of the earnings to be donated to Japan Red Cross to support restoration after the earthquake in east Japan.

“Media Facades Festival Europe 2010 at Collegium Hungaricum Berlin (CHB) , Berlin”
DMo video art short "o.r.o.b.o.w. Body Canvas" is screening at the Media Facades Festival (MFF2010), an urban media pilot project that interconnects seven European cities through the existing infrastructure of urban screens and media facades sited in public spaces. The festival reflects on the increasing presence of massive-infrastructures with digital visual elements in public spaces while investigating their communicative function in the urban environment and opening a global window for cultural and societal dialogue.
The DMo video is featured as one of the selected videos from the Urban Screens Melbourne Festival (USM08) which screens after the Public Skype Talk / International Video Screening Conference.
